Service Fulfillment

Webbheadz Media Group LLC offers digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads campaign setup, SEO, reporting dashboards, and AI-powered ad solutions.

– One-Time Services: Fulfilled within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.
– Ongoing Services: Monthly services begin upon client onboarding and recur every 30 days unless cancelled per our policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

– Setup Fees: Non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
– Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable only if canceled at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
– Post-Start Refunds: If services have begun, cancellations within 24 hours may be honored case-by-case.
– No partial refunds on delivered services or mid-cycle cancellations.

Delivery & Access

Once onboarding is complete, clients receive login credentials to dashboards, email reports, or setup confirmations. Most services are delivered digitally to the client via email, CRM platforms, or reporting portals.

– Full-Service Clients: Services begin once onboarding and discovery are completed.
– DIY+ Launch & Support Clients: Work begins after initial setup fee is paid.

Dashboard access, reports, and account setup are delivered within 3–5 business days of completion.
We do not ship physical goods. Delivery is confirmed via email and dashboard access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

– All onboarding/setup fees are non-refundable.
– Subscription clients must cancel at least 14 days prior to their next billing cycle to avoid charges.
– For new services, a 100% refund is available within 24 hours of campaign launch.
– Monthly support or recurring fees are not refunded after the start of the billing cycle.
